I have used this shop for over 4 years!! They have always worked for me in my situations, and have been a life saver at times, like today I had a cut on my passenger side tire and they have graciously replaced it with a used tire and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg !! Other places wanted way more than what they are charging me!! If it wasn’t for them I would not be able to work Ao they are literally saving my job and life!! Times are hard right now and it’s good to be able to find helpful places like tire zone on Maddison at

I had such a great time here! Not sure of his name, but he was so kind and really cares for his customers. He made a small mistake. He scraped the side of my van, really not even that bad, and can fix myself. My van is pretty large. He offered if I took it to a shop to have it fixed they would pay for it. I told him it was fine, I'm not worried about it. The door still works, and no dents. The van is fairly old anyways. I went to try and pay for my new tire he put on to replace my donut, and completely took care of me. Wouldn't even let me pay for the tire. I even tried to hand him my card. These guys are so genuine here. I absolutely recommend them. The honesty and accountability was so lovely. Not to mention how fast they were. I was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you again for your hard work, and being so kind. We have a newborn baby, so thank you for making our van safe on the road again!

Went in yesterday for a full set of new tires. I felt very satisfied in that the pricing was fair. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was full service as they checked the levels of my coolant and washer fluid and did a once over of the engine to point out anything that needed attention. They also offered oil change service which saves me a trip for that. I would rate this business and very trustworthy and fair and will refer my family and friends. Recommend highly.

I had a really great experience at Tire Zone & Auto Service. I went in for tires and from the start the team was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. They helped me choose the right tires for my car without trying to push anything unnecessary. The service was quick and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops around. They got everything done smoothly, and my car feels a lot better on the road now. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing tires or basic auto service.
